Krathong and Yi Peng Festival. Loy Krathong and Y Peng are two of Thailand's most famous festivals also known as the Thailand Lantern Festivals. Loy Krathong is tagged as 'The Floating Lantern Festival', while Yi Peng Festival as Chiang Mai Sky Lantern Festival'
Loy Krathong Festival (also spelled LoiKrathong) is a festival where candles are placed in banana leaf boats and set on fire as they float and sail down into the river. It is done with their wishes and as sign of Thai's gratefulness for their goddess.
In Thai, 'loy means to float and krathong' means a small container. It is made from elaborately-folded banana leaves and a slice of banana tree with a candle, incense sticks, and flowers, sometimes a small coin is included as an offering to the river spirits.If Loy Krathong is a festival done with the lanterns floating into the river, Yi Peng Festival (also spelled as Yee Peng) is a celebration where numerous sky lanterns propelled by flames are released into the air and let them float up into the sky. There is a candle placed inside the lanterns, and as people light their craft they make their wishes. The named Yi Peng is from Thai words, Yi means two' and Peng means full moon day. Their sky lanterns are called khomlor in Thai, meaning floating lantems.

The sky lanterns in Yi Peng Festival are made up of rice paper stretched over a bamboo frame with a candle attached at the base. The hot air from the candle is trapped inside the lantern and making it rise from the ground, thus it flies into the sky.
However. since the lanterns can be hazardous, the release of sky lanterns is being subjected with very careful precautionary measures.

This is my third pair of Adidas Runfalcon (in different colors). If it's third, I must like it plenty. So, why only 4 stars instead of 5? Pro 1: I like the base of the shoe, which has just enough extra width, but not overtly so like the newer brands like H and On-C. The extra width gives me better stability than other comfort focused brands like S, which is almost too bouncy at the footpad so that it feels like it's bouncing my foot out of the shoe. Pro 2: Like most people, my feet are non-matching, wider on the right, longer on the left. As I age, it's become more pronounce. The fabric top of these shoes gives the flexibility to accommodate both shapes well. Con 1: The catch with the fabric top is that it's thin. When the weather turns cool/cold, these shoes are not warm enough anymore. Con2: My biggest criticisms of these shoes are the shoe pad top surface is coarse meaning socks are always required, and the cushioning is limited. Despite the Cloudfoam branding on the base, they have not had enough cushion in the shoe pad itself. Consequently, I have bought memory foam pads from Amazon, replacing those that came with the shoe.

Quality:Durable materials and well-constructed design, but can get dirty easily due to the white color.
Appearance:Sleek, minimalist design in classic white. Stylish enough for casual outings while still looking professional at the gym. A real head-turner!
Suitability:Ideal for road running and light workouts. The shoes provide excellent traction on dry surfaces, but they may not perform as well on rugged or wet terrain.

I bought these sneakers about two weeks ago and wanted to wear them consistently for a week or so before reviewing. I can say they truly surprised me as I was a bit on the fence since I ordered them online without trying them on first. At first glance when I opened the box I was setback at the sneaker because it honestly resemble "special" shoes LOL. It didn't help seeing "ortho" in the sole of them, however where they lack style they make up for it with comfort. I recommend these if you are looking for an active pair of sneakers for fitness goals.
